經由這幾年來參與團體關係會議的經驗，我對於權威有更深一層的體悟，包含對我來說權威是甚麼、我如何看待與應對有權威的人、以及我如何處理我自己的權威。 在我們的社會裏頭，權威似乎是一種被高層人士賦予的，或是與生俱來的東西。就像政治人物時常都有個政治世家，選舉助選一定要把相關的祖宗...
